PERETES ESTATE BRUT GRAN RESERVA 2011 - Unique design for extreme Xarel.lo

This is a very special cava that is named after the founder of the winery, Carles Sumarroca. The cava has a dedication from the three children to their mother: "This is a tribute to our mother; the love for the land is a constant in her life. "
Cava comes from a plot of Xarel.lo selected from all that we have based on criteria of high quality and personality. The bottle design, inspired by the ancient Greek amphorae, won an award from Sumarroca and ADI-FAD 2004.

This is a cava that offers a complex aromatic range and sweetened by the 36 month aging process in stacks and fermentation of the base wine in French oak barrels. The blending is completed with a touch of pinot noir.
