The personal data communicated will be kept only for the time necessary to decide whether to begin an investigation into the facts reported or, where appropriate, for the period of time determined by the legal procedure itself.

In the case of non-anonymous communications, and to exercise your rights of access, rectification, limitation, cancellation or opposition for data protection purposes, you can send a signed, written request, attaching a copy of a document proving your identity, to compliance@sumarroca.com
