Lighting

Finally, to reduce electricity consumption, we replaced all conventional lighting with low-energy lighting and installed motion sensors. These actions have reduced the wattage used by at least 50%. We also installed new windows to allow the entry of natural light.

Cold Chamber

The winery team found a new location for cooling the yeasts from the grape gathering to avoid having to use the cold chamber. To guarantee their preservation, a room was set up in the tank area to take advantage of the cold temperatures.
