Social Agent
Sumarroca has signed an agreement with the Mercè Fontanilles Foundation, which aims to respond to social needs by facilitating the social inclusion of people depending on their circumstances.
The winery acts as a social agent for unaccompanied migrant children who, during their evaluation process, have shown an interest in agriculture and work in the countryside. Sumarroca supports their training in the world of viticulture and awareness of the environment and nature in order to achieve an ecological and sustainable ecosystem.
The agreement is intended to offer them a gateway to the labour market and to provide a social impact by offering these young people a guaranteed future.
At Sumarroca we consider it essential to collaborate with organisations like Mercè Fontanilles Foundation to generate opportunities and strengthen the links between people, business and society.
