Located in Subirats, this beautiful former paper mill dating back to the end of the fifteenth century is testament to the traditional industrial heritage of the Anoia river basin, featuring underground wine cellars where cava is still stored by hand and where the present-day winery stands.
This estate is home to the Molí Coloma 2.7-ha Pinot Noir vineyard, with its chalky, pebbly and clay-like soil. It is located at the foot of the coastal mountain range, which protects the vines from the moist sea breeze.
The vineyard is exposed to the dryer inland winds.
