Characteristics of the vineyard

The wine comes from two of our estates. On one hand, the Sumarroca estate in Sant Sadurní d'Anoia, located in the northernmost part of the denomination of origin. In this case the land is poor and contains limestone and loose stones. The influence of the sea is reduced by the effect of the mountain ranges of Garraf, which dries the sea breeze, and the pre-coastal range, which reduces excess dry wind from the interior. The rest of the procedure is done from the Sabartés estate, located south of the denomination and clearly influenced by the sea, with a mild climate and Mediterranean wines.



Tasting notes


Fresh and elegant aromas with notes of white fruits such as pear and red delicious apples, combined with hints of orange blossom. The palate is fresh and fruity, with a very pleasant finish.



Production


Reception and pressed separately by varieties and plots, according to maturity. Static settling 24 hours and controlled at 14 ° C for 20 days of fermentation. Decanting below 1,010 density to keep the fine lees in the tank during the period prior to the final blending.
