Bodegues Sumarroca, an organic winery located in the Penedès, has received a gold medal for the Reserva Brut Organic 2018 in the prestigious international competition Mundus Vini Spring Tasting 2021. After a tasting with a pool of 613 cavas performed by a panel of 300 specialists all over the world, the Reserva Brut Organic 2018 has also been considered the best cava.

The winery has also won recognition for the Gran Reserva Brut Nature 2017, which has won a silver medal.

Mundus Vini is considered one of the world’s leading wine and sparkling wine competitions, with 11,000 references each year. It was created by the German publishing house Meininger Verlag, a leader in the wine sector.

By obtaining these awards, Sumarroca demonstrates its commitment to the production of quality products.

RESERVA BRUT ORGANIC TASTING NOTES

Pale yellow color. Very fresh aroma, a mixture of fruit from the base wine with the first notes of pastry due to the two-year aging of the cava. In the mouth it is fruity and fresh, with a fine and pleasant bubble that integrates perfectly with the structure of the cava.
