Family of cavas exclusive to Sumarroca. Each of our four cavas come from a specific, classified and certified vine/vineyard. The organic cultivation, manual harvesting, selection table and pressing of the whole grape preserve the terroir and, therefore, the uniqueness of each of our “Nurias”.
